Methodology — How we built this list
- Top 5–7 global beverage holdcos as anchor — Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, AB InBev, Heineken, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Bacardi. Each runs 25+ independent brand teams. That's 175+ brand-team-level decision-makers in just the top 7 holdcos.
- Mid-cap and independent brands per market — Britvic, AG Barr, Suntory France, Krombacher, Bitburger, Mahou-San Miguel, Damm, Heineken NL, Molson Coors, Boston Beer, Mark Anthony — each adds 5–15 distinct brand teams.
- Hot independent brands (the 2026 wave) — Liquid Death, Olipop, Poppi, Athletic Brewing, Celsius, Prime, Tito's, Casamigos, Don Julio, 818, Teremana, Lobos 1707, Gran Coramino — each with active brand teams and venture capital fueling marketing spend.
- Geographic spread — every brand validated as active in at least one of US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Canada (most are multi-market).
What this means for HeroContent
Even at the brand-manager unit of analysis (not parent-CMO), the addressable buyer universe is 300–500 individual brand-marketing budget owners across these 200+ brands. We don't need to land all of them — we need to land 30–50 over 18 months across Wave 1, then expand to Wave 2 and 3 in subsequent funding rounds.
This is a fragmented buyer market with concentrated supply (restaurants are aggregated by us). Classic two-sided marketplace dynamic — once we have the supply side, the demand side compounds via referrals across brand teams within each holdco.
This list is a starting universe. Outreach prioritization, current pipeline status, and call notes are tracked separately in the CRM (not part of investor-facing data room).
