When a brand runs a campaign through HC, sales of that brand's SKUs go up inside the venue. The brand gets placed in the restaurant's own promotional offers, in their content, in their physical menu β and we measure the lift on actual brand revenue at the point of purchase.

π₯€ How exactly do we get a brand into a restaurant?
We design the restaurant's own promotional offer β with the brand integrated. "Pizza + Coca-Cola for 10 CZK" Β· "Chinese combo + Sprite for 19 CZK". We then publish it across the venue's digital surfaces: Instagram + Facebook posts, stories, and targeted Meta ads in 1km radius.
Key point: as soon as the offer is live online, the restaurant enters it into their own POS and physical menu β so the same brand placement naturally appears in-venue too. We don't print menus or distribute physical materials; the offer's economic value pulls it offline through the restaurant's own ops.

π€ Why do restaurants agree to put a brand in their own offer?
We run their entire social media for free. Daily Instagram + Facebook posts, stories, reels, menu cards β all created by our AI, delivered without the owner lifting a finger. Restaurants who accept brand placement get the full SMM service at $0 (standalone agency value: $1,500β6,000/yr per venue). The brand campaign is just one piece of their regular SMM, woven in naturally.

π¬ How does the restaurant actually approve a brand campaign?
The entire relationship runs in WhatsApp (or SMS in markets where it's preferred). We don't only pop up when there's a brand deal β we talk to the owner every day about their whole marketing: content choices, ad targeting, what's working in their feed, weekend promos, customer DM responses, review replies. That daily conversation builds trust. When we then propose "let's add Coca-Cola to your weekend combo" β they say yes, because we've already proven we're on their side.

Brands pay CPM (cost per 1,000 brand impressions). Three tiers tied to outcome:

π How do we get more restaurants?
Cold outreach to restaurants doesn't work. So we don't do it. Instead, we make them famous first.
Our AI creates a high-quality reel about a target venue. We post it from our own city food account (like @thefoodie.nyc). We tag the restaurant in collaboration β so the same reel appears on their own feed too. The owner sees their venue featured, by a credible local food account, with no effort on their side. That's when we reach out and offer to do their full marketing β and the conversation is warm from the first message.

The plan: build 200 city food accounts (today we run @thefoodie.nyc as our live NYC validator). 3 reels/day per account = 18,000 reels/month. At 5β10% conversion β 900β1,800 new active restaurants per cycle. The accounts are also their own revenue stream β we already insert brand placements into them on the same CPM logic, and we've started discussions with brand partners on funding the network's expansion.
